Your withdrawal page states the following:

"Withdrawal Speed

Funds will be transferred to your Stripe account on the scheduled date, after that Stripe automatically pays out the money to your bank account within 24 hours. Depending on your bank, it might take an extra few days for the funds to become available."

There is absolutely no note that funds MAY NOT be transferred on the scheduled date. I was only told once I reached out for help. My page still says that I have a scheduled transfer for yesterday.

Please update your terms/conditions to reflect this.

I will also note that I was told that this was due to Labor Day. This was also NOT reflected or communicated in any way until after I had asked more questions. This kind of indirectness is souring your legitimacy.
