1 - Cannot thank each person who contributed individually.

2 - No longer able to attach a photo/image to the thank you. We used to take a photo of the gift and send it as part of the thank you.

3 - The thank you note sends to one gifter for their entire donation/gift rather than for each individual item.

4 - We can't see the thank you note that we sent.

These were all features that existed befoore.

You've removed features that let us interact with our gifters....and made the system more difficult to use.

How do we send an individual thank you to a gifter for the specific gift they donated/purchased and attach a picture to that thank you?

This is what we did before and it allowed a personal touch which our community appreciated.

It is, also, less accessible for users.

Personalised thank you messages for the specific product mean a lot and encourage more engagement in the future. People like to know they're appreciated.

Please restore this function.

Also...if I click and send a message to say thank you for one product...and it sends it for all products....we look bad/like we don't know what we're doing. Thanking someone for the dried fruit, for example, and they get it attached to their gift of a bento box, as well, is just....well, it's bad optics. Bad optics hurts the marketting.
