At least for Amazon UK orders, all that is provided is a tracking ID which cannot be used to track any details about the order. Amazon also cannot provide any information with this ID when contacted as the order is not placed on the corresponding account.

Amazon itself offers the ability to share an unauthenticated tracking link. It would be great if this link should be provided on Amazon orders so that actual tracking information can be seen about Amazon orders.
